Late last week, on behalf of Infrastructure Minister François-Philippe Champagne, I announced more than $123 million to improve transit and transportation in our city. This is truly an all-encompassing plan: It improves the transit experience, will allow for better cycling while providing more efficient options for drivers. Citizens told us we needed a better plan and we now have it.
I want to thank city staff, city council, Mayor Ed Holder, London Transit and, especially, the people of London. Their ideas and vision made this possible.
