Provincial: Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP), Family Responsibility Office (FRO), Birth Certificates/Birth Registration, Driver’s Licenses, OHIP, OSAP, London Hydro, Ontario Works (OW), Landlord-Tenant guidance (depending on the situation).

When you initially contact our office to set up your appointment, one of our caseworkers will let you know if there are any specific things you should bring with you based on the information you have provided us about your issue. However, to help us serve you better, it is always best to bring along any documentation you have that is related to your issue. For example, if you are facing a barrier with a tax problem, you should bring your tax returns, Notices of Assessment, SIN card, etc. Please also bring a piece of photo ID.
The Community Office is located at 231 Hyman Street, London ON, off of Richmond St with the closest major intersection being Richmond & Oxford. Our office is highly visible with red signage. Our accessibility-friendly entrance is off the side of the house at the top of the ramp.
By Bus: The Numbers 4, 6, 13, 15 and 106 buses run right by our office on Richmond St. We suggest you consult the London Transit Commission’s trip planner to determine the best route from your home to our office.
Parking: We have free on-street parking on Hyman St. There is ample free street parking in surrounding areas as well.
